Variation of support roles in different organization
Every organization is different in its own way. Different organizations have different departments and each of the department functions differently.  The structure of the organization depends on different factors. Those factors mainly include type of business the organization performs, its size and its budget. Organizations also choose the structure depending upon its product and services it offers. The complex structure of the organization varies from organization to organization. Organizational structures are extremely important for the proper operation of the organization. Larger organizations have tall organizational structure. There are many departments in the large organization. With number of departments the number of employee working is also more and more work is performed in each department. The department head delegate the work to the employees and work is performed according to instruction provided. In small organization the structure of organization is flat. The number of departments in the small organization is very less. Less employee work in the organization and single employee has to perform multiple tasks. The structure of the organization allows for chain of command and helps in proper operation of organizational activities.

Organization is composed by different people. They come from different cultural background and have their own perceptions on the things. Each and every employee working in the organization is unique.  Individual difference usually occurs due to the difference in culture, gender, age, abilities and personalities. Same kind support role cannot be provided to different people. Similarly the types of job an employee perform also affect the support system. Type of job to be performed is another factor affecting the support role. Some job in the organization needs extra support in the organization. Different job are performed in the organization and each job requires certain skills and knowledge. Different organization have different functions and different workers perform the task evertime. All these factors affect the support role in the organization.
